2. Website access and hosting
To display this website, your browser sends technical connection data to the hosting service. This includes your IP address, the time of the request, the requested file and technical browser information. Whether additional information such as referrer, response status or operating system is stored in server logs depends on the hosting configuration and must be specified before public use.
The purpose is to deliver, maintain and secure the website. The intended legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. The technical transmission is necessary to deliver the page.

The private Sites preview may use a separate sign-in and access-control layer provided by the platform. Account and security data processed there, and any associated cookies, are separate from the game described below. The specific platform information must be included in the final policy.
3. The 3D game, cookies and external content
The website's own code does not set cookies or use Local Storage or Session Storage. Character position, collected coins, camera angle and sound settings exist only in the memory of the open browser tab. They reset when the page is reloaded and are not sent to a server.
The 3D scene is rendered locally in your browser using WebGL. The rendering library, fonts and graphics are delivered from the same hosting service as the website. No external graphics CDN is contacted at runtime. The site does not use the graphics interface to create a device fingerprint.
The website contains no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, social media embeds or contact forms. Sound effects are generated locally after you turn sound on. The website does not access your microphone or camera.
External sources linked from the Credits and legal pages are only opened when clicked. Subsequent processing is covered by the respective provider's privacy information.
4. Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your email address, any name you provide and the content of your message to answer your enquiry. Contact is voluntary. Without a reachable contact address, it may not be possible to reply.
For general enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in responding to incoming messages. If your enquiry concerns a contract or steps before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies.
Messages are deleted once the matter is resolved and there is no remaining legitimate retention purpose or legal retention obligation. Where a legal obligation applies, the relevant data is kept only for the corresponding purpose and period.
5. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: If processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
